Paik is a short animation which celebrates the work of Nam June Paik. Specifically it references TV Buddha video installation from 1974. In that astonishing piece of work Paik presented the viewer with a strongly contrasting image – an ancient statue of a Buddha contemplating its own life footage in a TV screen.
This short animation was commissioned by The Space and funded by Art Council England. It was part of an exhibition at Talbot Rice Gallery in Edinburgh.

Making a video game is always a great challenge and a massive time sink but its also extremely satisfying once you reach the end.
